Representation at Chester Civil Justice Centre
We have a well established court desk service on set days per month when one of our Money Advice caseworkers will be at the Civil Justice Centre, Trident House,
Little St. John St, Chester, CH1 1SN to help people deal with mortgage and rent repossessions, mainly due to arrears. Link to map here.
In any event it is always important that you attend a court hearing so that you can put forward your case. We can assist in helping you calculate a realistic repayment offer to your mortgage lender or landlord and we will represent you at the court hearing itself. We will also try and answer any queries that you have and if time permits and you need help with other debts then we will provide further advice. However if time is limited we will try and make you an appointment with another member of the money advice team in the bureau.
